• Reporting and updating of daily KPI for ASEAN
• Managing and resolving customers complaints
• Collating and updating of various logistics information (Warehouse productivity, stock ageing, costs etc)
• Tracking of unshipped orders under various ASEAN departments
• Verifying invoice cost on warehouse, inbound/outbound cost
• Assisting in logistic cost enquiries (with DHL, Fedex)
• Cross-tracking of warehouse records with SAP data
• Verifying ad-hoc cost for shipment invoices
• Other ad-hoc tasks may assigned

Qualifications

Undergraduate (Prefer student from SUSS)
International Supply Chain

Diligent & willing to learn
