• Updating warehouse/transport cost
• GIT report
• ASN KPI availability Report
• HS code report
• Inventory report
• Coordinating on incoming shipments with warehouse/sales team
• Coordinating on incoming cargo damaged survey
• Follow up on inventory discrepancy with warehouse/sales team
• Requesting quotations from freight forwarders
• Cost allocation for domestic transport for all sales dept
• Verify Vendor Invoices
• Host monthly dept meeting
• Adhoc tasks

• Diligent & willing to learn
• Proficient in MS office
