DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an intern of the Loyalty Operations Department, the intern will assist the team in supporting the new development of the loyalty program, optimization & reporting of existing loyalty program in APEC.

Key tasks for the intern: * Monthly performance reporting of existing loyalty program in APEC

• Development support for new toolkits/playbook
• Development support for upcoming loyalty program initiatives
• Competition landscape analysis
• Support launch planning, operational coordination & on ground activation

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

You should be a high-potential intern who is passionate, committed and keen to establish a career in the hospitality industry with the following attributes:

• Basic Computer Skills: Uses basic computer hardware and software (e.g., personal computers, word processing software, Internet browsers, etc.).
• Mathematical Reasoning: Demonstrates ability to add, subtract, multiply or divide, quickly, correctly, and in a way that allows one to solve work-related issues.
• Oral Comprehension: Demonstrates ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
• Reading comprehension: Demonstrates understanding of written sentences and paragraphs in work- related documents.
• Writing: communicates effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, strong time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a collaborative work environment, especially in a multicultural team, and with all departments \xe2\x80\x93 both above property and at the hotels
• Possess strong ethical values and behavior

QUALIFICATION STANDARD

Education:

Undergraduate in hospitality management, preferably in their third year of undergrad studies

Requirements

Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass

Prepared to commit to a six months\xe2\x80\x99 internship

Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program
