Project Title:

Developing Automation Solutions to Improve Productivity and Enhancing Deviation Detection in Equipment Engineering

Project Description:

Develop and implement automation solutions to improve the productivity of the equipment engineering team with the use of available Micron resources and systems. Working alongside the equipment engineering team to learn and understand their roles and responsibilities, as well as their challenges to identify opportunities for productivity improvement, and developing innovative solutions. + In this project, the student will learn about the different automation methods available in Micron and how they can be applied for improving operation productivity.
+ The student will have the opportunity to learn and apply industrial data analytics on equipment parameters to improve on deviation detection to ensure that product process of high yield.
+ The intern will also have opportunity to participate in day to day meetings with the tool supplier team to contribute ideas and learn from the subject experts.

Scope:

Explore various automation software, including Power BI, Gobot to create automated flow and improve productivity of the manufacturing equipment team. Explore equipment parameters and inline correlation. Explore equipment matching analytics and E3 FD monitoring.

Deliverable:

Automated way to replace manual touches and manual data pulling for day to day shift equipment team operation. Enhanced data monitoring to improve deviation detection.
