Job Responsibilities:

• Involved in sustaining Engineering support to improve Manufacturing First-Passed Yield (FPY).
• Involved in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE).
• Involved in Bill of Materials (BOM) setup and Process Validation (PV).
• Provide assistance to Engineer in maintaining compliance with ISO and Regulatory.
• Provide assistance to Engineer with material requests and shipment coordination.

Requirements: Current undergraduate student in Mechanical engineering. The intern shall participate in the following activities:

• Tool & Fixture Design.
• Verification of the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Creation of Assembly Work Instruction (WI).
• Mechanical Part Qualification (PQP) and Engineering Evaluation (EE).

Learning outcome

• Medical Device knowledge in the Manufacturing Environment.
• Medical Device Process Validation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of ERP system and Manufacturing Operations.
