As a Manufacturing (Smart Lean) Intern, you will work with engineers to conduct production shopfloor studies on automation, digitalization, and smart lean initiatives. You will analyze market trends, industrial best practices, and internal data to support process improvement. This role offers hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and data-driven process optimization.
What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers to conduct studies on the production shopfloor
• Develop process expertise in medical device manufacturing
• Apply and implement industry best practices to production operations
• Analyze internal data to generate insights and drive process improvement
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business Operations
• Good command of English to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Good team player.
