Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres.ResponsibilitiesHandle lead enquiries generated from various digital platforms e.g. emails, social media, Telegram and WhatsAppLead qualification (i.e. follow up on campaign leads via calls/emails), analysis and reportingManage the marketing mailbox and keep track of daily incoming enquiriesAssist to explore process improvement initiativesImprove database quality for direct marketing by updating the agent/prospect databases and EDM subscriptions through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and WhatsAppAssist in event organisation when required i.e. to provide logistics support for agent site toursAssist in the production / updating of marketing collateralsProvide support in digital marketing campaignsOther marketing research and support as and when neededRequirementsPreferred studies in Business, Marketing, or any other related disciplinesPassion for customer serviceAble to work in a team and independentlyGood communication skillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is a must (advanced Excel knowledge in formulas / pivot table is an added advantageKnowledge of Power BI, Canva, photoshop or video editing software is an added advantageClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
