The management believes that skills and experience are essential to the business growth and strongly supports life-long learning and skills upgrading. On Cheong aims to identify its employees\xe2\x80\x99 full potential to develop by providing them with opportunities to acquire deeper knowledge, skills and expertise.

Hence, the company creates an environment that motivates staff to learn and upgrade their skills throughout their career. Each employee can identify and work on knowledge and skills gaps through the training analysis framework. A two-way appraisal system is put in place to encourage open sharing between department heads and staff. On Cheong also mandates a minimum of 60 training hours for each employee annually. Critical Work Functions

Key Tasks

Content Creation

Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, such as social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters

Social Media Management

Support in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing data to optimize content performance.

Campaign Support

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across different channels, including online advertising, email marketing, and events

Market Communication

Assist in the development and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

Event Coordination

Provide support in organizing and coordinating marketing events

Collaborative Projects

Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, design, and retail, to contribute ideas, provide marketing insights, and support collaborative projects

Graphic Design Tasks

Use Adobe Photoshop to crop images with precision and attention to detail.

Administrative Tasks

Handle administrative duties related to marketing, such as maintaining marketing calendars, organizing files, and coordinating meetings.
