Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.You will be assisting the Bugis Town (Bugis Junction, Bugis+ & Bugis Street) Marcom team in the planning and execution of certain events and campaigns for all marketing-related activities.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and developing of social media content and support in the management of the malls' social media platformsSupport the team on the ideation, management and execution of mall marketing campaigns (including an exclusive Bugis Town campaign) and multiple in-mall events, i.e. liaising and coordinating with tenants, partners and vendorsIdentify social media, advertising and marketing trends to develop new marketing campaign ideasSupport in conducting market research and competitor analysisAssist with any other daily administrative or ad-hoc duties related to mall Marcoms as assignedRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media and Communications, or any other related disciplinesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)Knowledge of social media managementStrong written and verbal skillsProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator would be a plusClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
