Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics and data centres.ResponsibilitiesAssist in implementing overall advertising and promotional activities for shopping mall to generate traffic and revenueTo be based at Customer Service Front Desk to handle shoppers\' enquiries about the mall (face-to-face and/or phone) and provide general services such as redemptions, etc. To garner shoppers\' feedback about the mall and our servicesBuild relations with tenants and garner their participation in the mall\'s activitiesAssist in conceptualizing and executing various digital and in mall campaigns, creation of simple artwork, etc.Evaluate results of marcom activities and prepare monthly reports for internal analysisTo do market research on retail industry, events, campaigns, etc.Perform ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirementsPreferred studies in Marketing / Media & Communications or any other related disciplines.Positive attitude to pick up new skillsAble to multi-task and deliver given task within timelineGood analytical skillsClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
