• Providing support on events logistics e.g. reception, badges, F&B, vendor liason
• Assist in researching sponsorship, event opportunities and speaking opportunities for different segments Researching venues for marketing events
• Assisting in creating SalesForce (CRM system) campaigns and uploading attendance lists to the SalesForce after events
• Formatting biographies, pitches and marketing documents where necessary
• Assisting in drafting and editing marketing write-ups
• Support digital campaigns
• Providing support to the production of Weekly Internal Bulletin
• Assisting in data enrichment projects for SalesForce
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and willingness to learn.
• Good time management and an organized approach to tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to use initiative and take responsibility for own work.
• A professional and positive attitude, remaining patient at all times and calm under pressure.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs is essential.
• Excellent written & spoken English. Those who can speak Japanese or Korean will be an added advantage.
