Job Purpose

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Business Development, the Marketing Intern will support events and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Create and curate content for our marketing channels, including text posts, videos and images.
• Schedule social media posts. Track and analyse their performance.
• Respond to customer questions or comments on social media channels.
• Research new social media strategies, campaigns and event ideas.
• Assist in planning and execution of events & promotions with seamless implementation.
• Participate in event planning, deployment and participation.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Currently pursuing or have just attained a Marketing/Social Media/Digital related Diploma or Degree.
• Having relevant experience to the role is a bonus.

Skills

Technical skills include:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic design principles.
• Adobe Design Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and photo & video editing experience.
• Familiarity with digital marketing techniques such as social media, SEO, SEM, etc. is a bonus.

General skills include:

• Strong communicator (written & verbal) with good interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.

Internship Requirements

• This is a full-time internship. Duration 4 to 6 months.
