It isn\xe2\x80\x99t a question.We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an Intern in the Area Marketing team for the Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) portfolio.Title of Hiring Manager: Area Senior Brand ManagerNumber of internship positions: 1Preferred Period of Internship Required: June 2024 \xe2\x80\x93 December 2024Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate students majoring in Business, Management or MarketingThe Intern will support the Area Marketing team in executing strategic initiatives and gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing and will have the opportunity to contribute to real projects specific to expand and accelerate the kids VMS portfolio across Southeast Asia including assessing current portfolio right to win, competitive scouting and gain exposure to different marketing functions.Key Responsibilities:You will be required to:Portfolio strategy and Brand Development

  • Leverage category, consumer, customer and company growth drivers to assess & identify future sources of growth.
  • In line with WTP choices, do in depth competitive benchmarking (4C, 4P deep-dive) and define superior how to win plans for Haleon portfolio.
  • Investigate, learn, and decode how different competitive brand are growing in VMS and in surrogate categories.
  • Develop compelling consumer and shopper insights and apply them to the full marketing mix, which includes developing/guiding differentiated consumer-centric concepts, science-based claims, product consumption experience and packaging.
  • Develop Brand Activation Strategy and Plans, and lead its implementation.
  • Define point of market entry and point of market change programs for key VMS portfolio.
  • Conduct research and analyse to identify consumer trends via social listening, 360 competitor activity (comms, innovation, instore activation, Expert activation) for key markets.
  • Create a user-friendly dashboard working with IT team.
Learning Outcomes:Throughout the course of the internship, you will attain the following learning outcomes:
  • Gain hands on experience and practical knowledge about marketing strategies, tactics.
  • Support the Marketing team with various tasks such as research and analyze category and competition within VMS category across multiple markets.
  • Partner closely with cross functional teams and learn how marketing integrates with other departments such as R&D, Agencies, local market teams, Consumer Business Insights & Analytics (CBIA)
