The Marketing Intern will be under guidance of a Marketing Manager and together with multifunctional teams to promote awareness and education of our brands.In this internship under the Singapore Vitamin, Mineral & Supplement (VMS) Team , you will be able to:

• Understand what marketing in the fast-moving consumer health area is like and experience the day-to-day operations in marketing and running of the business.
• Materialize implementation of business strategies on paper into a real competitive market by being part of content and communications development in materials and activities.
• Develop business acumen skill sets through understanding the strategies applied in a competitive environment.

Title of Hiring Manager: Marketing ManagerNumber of internship positions: 1Preferred Period of Internship Required: Jun 2024 \xe2\x80\x93 Dec 2024Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate students majoring in Marketing/Communications/Business.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be required to support and assist the Marketing Manager in the activities in relation to a strategic product portfolio, including:Digital Activation

• Work on key projects to increase the brand presence in digital world, including social content calendar, community management, advertisement execution, media reporting, e-shop communication, online sales campaign, brand website, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
• Plan and work with various departments to ensure all marketing contents\xe2\x80\x99 compliance in a timely manner.

Launch activation

• Partner with agencies and internal stakeholders / teams to activate new launch products or campaigns.
• Build and execute assigned online and offline marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies on new product sampling program, instore activation, stock management and related logistics arrangements

Market Analysis

• Work with market research agency to analyse consumption data for key brands.
• Draw workable insights from monthly data and present them to the larger team during monthly reviews.

• Brand Management Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Gain understanding on how to market consumer health products in Singapore and hand-on experience of brand campaign planning and execution.
• Stakeholder Management - Opportunity to work with stakeholders across the organization including sales, marketing, finance, regulatory, medical, product quality, supply chain and also external stakeholders such as vendors, retailers and social/media/creative agencies.
• Project Management Skills \xe2\x80\x93 Coordination and facilitation of different crucial elements of a business or brand plan execution.
• Discover individual\xe2\x80\x99s strengths, interest and suitability for the commercial area.
