Function
Research & Development
You'll be supporting our senior application specialists in developing and testing food prototypes across two exciting areas: meat & savoury, and bakery & confectionery. Based in our Singapore lab, you'll also help with general lab work as part of the applications team.
Your Responsibilities
- Learn how to prepare food prototypes for real-world projects
- Assist with hands-on lab work related to product development
- Work with ingredients like flavours and other raw materials to bring product ideas to life
- Support development of products such as nuggets, sausages, and patties - as well as cookies, breads, cereal bars, candies, and chocolates
- Help maintain ingredient inventory and keep the lab running smoothly
- Manage multiple projects at the same time and stay organized
- A student currently pursuing a relevant diploma in Food Science
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a lab environment and handling food ingredients
