MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
The key deliverable of the role is to enhance the sustainability standards of the organisation and its customers and includes the following responsibilities:

• Assist in projects (eg. Green Mark, Energy Management) to ensure timely completion of the projects and achievement of targets set
• To develop, track and monitor sustainability targets, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to meet or exceed the targets and enhance the sustainability standards
• Monitor implementation of sustainability SOP (eg. audit)
• Liaise with stakeholders to gather information and prepare reports and submission related to sustainability and propose initiatives to improve the reporting process
• Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders to improve the awareness on sustainability and enhance sustainability standards
• Research on technologies/best practices/trends and solution/partner sourcing to further improve sustainability standards
• Administrative task (eg. putting up Purchase Orders, processing of invoices, minutes taking)
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sustainability related courses
• Independent and strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, writing and planning skills
• Passionate about sustainability, positive learning attitude and mindset and self-driven with a desire for knowledge and learning with a can-do attitude
• Adaptable, keen eye for details, able to prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines, proactive and resourceful
