As a Mechanical Integration Intern, you will support the design, prototyping, and testing of hearing instruments through additive manufacturing. This role offers hands-on experience in product development, manufacturing processes, and design-for-assembly within a cross-functional team.
What you will do

• Facilitate training on additive manufacturing and design verification of Hearing Instruments
• Manufacture functional prototypes and perform proof-of-concept verification for hearing aids and accessories
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced product development environment
• Conduct research on manufacturing processes, design for assembly, and 3D CAD drafting practices.

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Product Design stream preferred)
• Strong initiative, problem-solving mindset, and positive working attitude
• Experience in prototyping and troubleshooting is preferred
• Basic knowledge of audio electronics and 3D drafting tools such as SolidWorks or CREO is preferred.
