1. Implementation

Assist the team in the implementation of new segregated accounts or new funds Assist in the setting up of new cash accounts, custody markets, and trading accounts and ensure proper closure on termination of funds/portfolios

2. Account Maintenance

Assist in onboarding of counterparties Liaise with legal, compliance, front office and external parties on the documentations Assist in queries and facilitate requests from brokers/counterparties on KYC, SSI and authorised signatories list matters.

3. Support to Investment Division

Support investment division by facilitating projects and requirements between front and back office, as assigned by the Manager.

4. Participate in process improvement and ad-hoc initiatives/projects undertaken by the team.

Job Requirements:

Pursuing a University Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications Meticulous and self-motivated individual Good interpersonal skills and a team player Positive/good learning attitude and a fast learner Can commit from July onwards for a period of 6 months
