Title: Setup Solid State Drive (SSD) in a more effective/ efficient way

Description: SSD (Solid State Drive) capacity/density has been growing in sizes, with it, the challenges come to Test Manufacturing Environment to test and setup the SSD in more effective and efficient way. One of the challenges is on the limitation of the available tester being used to test this new generation of SSD using the available tester platform.

Scope: To study on this new challenges coming from the growing capacity/density in SSD, deep-dive into the failure analysis on SSD level as well as tester platform and eventually to be able to develop a tool to track and monitor tester performance when it is used to run this high capacity/density SSD in actual manufacturing environment, with the expectation of effective and efficient tester usage to test the SSD.

Deliverables (Expected Learning Outcomes):

1. Able to understand Test Manufacturing requirement.

2. Able to understand basic SSD functionality

3. Able to understand Tester platform software and hardware requirement.

4. Able to perform deep-dive failure analysis.

5. Able to develop a tool to monitor tester performance to test SSD and monitor the efficiency of the tester to test the different SSD capacity/density.
