Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisor in day-to-day manpower planning and output execution.
- Conduct time study and provide analytical recommendations for process improvement.
- Develop Standard Work for deliverables for each shift work.
- Enhance workflow and streamlining of process in operation department.
- Involved in cross-functional alongside EHS & QA departments in continuous improvement projects.
- Support the department in day-to-day task or as required.
- Diploma /Nitec Undergraduate in Aerospace / Mechanical or related engineering fields.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus.
- Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry.
- Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry/Component Repair.
- Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE - Customer Oriented Results & Excellence).
- Exposure to Engineering and new product/tools development projects.
