Job Summary * You are able to commit for 3 months, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. * Students on summer break/school holidays are welcome to apply. * You would also be responsible for cleaning up of the backlog of InFO to tag all contracts with a hands-off clause and break it down (perimeter of application, duration, etc). * Min. Diploma/Degree in Business qualifications preferred. * Prior sales/contract/marketing experience would be an advantage.

This is an internal/in-house internship opportunity with Adecco.

The intern will be working closely with the National Sales team.

Work Location: Central Area, Orchard

Job Responsibilities

• Cleaning up of the backlog of InFO to tag all contracts with a hands off clause and break it down (perimeter of application, duration, etc).
• Administrative duties such as database set up, liaise with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders within the company to maintain and improve existing process flow.
• Assisting in Market research, identifying business opps (White spaces) and coordinating with National Sales Team.
• Assist in Email blast to prospect potential clients / lead gen (eg data entry)
• Research on logistic cost for our bids
• Any other ad hoc (reports; presentation content) as per required
