JR51730 Intern - New Package Development:
1) Learn on Assembly Processes for semiconductor memory manufacturing
2) Familiarization with systems and application used in Assembly manufacturing environment
3) Learn on Assembly process control system.
4) Learn on Assembly key process input and output interactions on Quality and Yield performance.
Project Assignment:
Work on a project on developing process and equipment improvement for Assembly proceses.Deliverables:

• Able to understand Assembly Manufacturing requirement and operations.
• Able to understand basic semiconductor memory devices Assembly challenges and operations.
• Able to understand Assembly manufacturing systems, application, hardware and processes.
• Able to perform basic failure analysis and basic disposition according to the cookbook.
• Complete the project assignment within the timeline and meet the project objectives and deliverables.
