JR59381 Intern - NTI Photolithography Process Development EngineerAs a NTI Photolithography Process Development Engineer Intern in the NAND Technology Integration (NTI) at Micron Technology, you will work on projects significant to current and future semiconductor manufacturing technology advancement to enable next generation memory and storage solutions. You will collaborate with engineers in Photolithography, Metrology, Dry Etch, Wet Process, and other process areas.Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:\xc2\xb7 Design of experiments (DOE) in chemical process specific to lithography, including materials for 365, 248, and 193 nm lithography.\xc2\xb7 Plan and run experiments in semiconductor cleanroom using state-of-the-art technology.\xc2\xb7 Analyze image and/or data through programming and data processing software.
