Job Description

Established in 2015, B&H Management Consultancy Pte Ltd is a corporate advisory firm licensed by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
Located at the heart of Singapore's Central Business District in Raffles Place, B&H Consultancy assists local and overseas clients in registering for companies in Singapore, and provides accounting, annual return filing, tax filing, trademark registration and human resource consulting services.

  • Manage and handle portfolio of customers
  • Perform corporate and secretarial duties (i.e. incorporation, prepare board resolutions and minutes, etc.)
  • E-Meet clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements
  • Perform other admin or secretarial ad-hoc duties as and when required
