We have roles open in:

• Securities Business Ops/KYC

Securities Business Ops/KYCBrief Overview:The SGX KYC Ops within Operations and Technology (ONT) assists SGX and its subsidiaries with anti-money laundering and sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and periodic KYC renewal.Learning Objectives:The selected intern would learn to conduct sanctions screening using screening systems,perform customer due diligence and develop good understanding of anti-money laundering controls.:

• Approve screening alerts, customer due diligence and AML risk assessment reviewed by maker in line with AML policy of SGX group.

• Escalate concerns relating to customer due diligence and screening alerts for appropriate additional approvals from Head of OMS and Compliance in line with KYC procedure.

• Manage client responses to KYC requirements and resolve customer queries related to documentation.

• Review and approve / escalate suspicious transactions patterns identified by makers as part of Transaction Monitoring process.

Knowledge and Skills requirements:

• Have good interpersonal and communication skill

• Be proficient with Microsoft Office Application especially Excel

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skill

• Be a strong team player with the ability to work independently

• Good information gathering skills and ability to work on own initiative
