JOB DESCRIPTION
Participate in hands-on tasks related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of various systems in ship structures.
Go onboard vessels to gain first-hand experience of the working environment and assist in daily production operations.
Work closely with an assigned mentor, shadowing them in performing inspections, planning, and coordinating production activities.
Assist the production team in ensuring that project milestones and vessel deliveries are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
Support in monitoring work progress, identifying potential issues, and proposing practical solutions during production activities.
Learn and adhere to the company's safety, quality, and operational procedures throughout the training period.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Interest in operations management within the offshore/marine engineering sector
Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and fabrication processes
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on shipyard environment

Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5.15pm
Friday: 8:00am - 4.30pm
