Job Description

What you will do:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team and assist in the optimization of our business operations. You will be responsible for evaluating, documenting, and optimizing our business processes. Additionally, you will use your analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive efficiency and informed decision-making within the organization. Your work will have a direct impact on enhancing operational processes and maximizing productivity.How you will do it:Process Mapping

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and map current business processes, including process steps, dependencies, and key performance indicators.

Process Optimization

• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Data Collection and Analysis

• Collect and organize data from various sources, and perform in-depth analysis to extract actionable insights.

KPI Development

• Work with relevant teams to define, measure, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for process improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

• Proactively identify opportunities for further automation within the operations workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand evolving business requirements and adjust automation processes accordingly.

Documentation and Training:

• Document automation processes, scripts, and workflows for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Provide training and support to team members on utilizing and understanding automated processes

What we look for:

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or data science & analytics
• Advanced proficiency in office business application such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good learning attitude to accumulate business acumen, anunderstanding of organizational issues and challenges
