Responsibilities:

• Be involved in minor A/A works which could include the calling of quotations to the execution of the A/A works

• Be involved in the management and documentations of the ISO/EHS requirements, as well as contractor management

• Assist in facilities management such as the handling of various term contractors and the overview of the Building Management System

• Engage in tenancy management such as the taking and handing over of shop units, reviewing of tenancy design and fitting out works (Based on Platinum Green Mark requirements)

• Understand the operations of Main MCST and Sub-MCST (Structure of Management Corporations (Strata Title Act)

• Support operations as assigned by the Operation Manager

Requirements:

• Preferred studies in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management, Facilities Management, Integrated Facility Management or related disciplines

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Able to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately

• Ability to work well with both a team and independently

• Passionate in learning and growing in the retail field

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
