About the opportunity
The role encompasses responsibilities across Talent Ops and Total Rewards. As an intern supporting both teams, you will support benefits and wellbeing activities as well as annual review exercise's operations. This is an exciting opportunity to support and drive HR initiatives and foster an engaging workplace culture.
Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and ensure follow-through on wellbeing activities assigned
  • Manage corporate discounts collaborations
  • Migrate and update benefits details on internal platforms
  • Assist in annual compensation review exercise operations
  • Participate in the validation process of compensation statements
  • Support the maintenance of employee personal records
Skills and Attributes for Success:
  • Students pursuing qualifications in Business Administration/ Human Resources
  • Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality
  • Possess good analytical skills and is highly numerate and meticulous
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of competence in Excel
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
