Key Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in the delivery of employee life cycle processes with focus on learning administration. Participate in adhoc HR projects and initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the employee life cycle processes. Focus on maintaining data integrity and compliance with relevant data protection policies and regulations throughout all administrative processes. Assist in the management of monthly long service award

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Background in Human Resources, Business or equivalent Be able to work independently and take ownership of the tasks assigned Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 would be an added advantage Possess good communications and interpersonal skills.
