Its diversified real estate asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage and data centres.You will be supporting the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited in enhancing and streamlining their portfolio management reporting through data visualisation dashboards.ResponsibilitiesAssist in data collection, cleaning, and verifying accuracy of data from various sourcesAssist in automating data extraction processes from Simplicity platformDesign and develop data visualisation dashboards and prototyping to provide comprehensive quarterly reporting for the relevant departmentsExplore and implement interactive features, such as filters, drill-down options, and real-time updates, to make the dashboards more dynamicAssist the team in exploring integration of additional features i.e. budget comparisons and critical building identificationPerform data validation and quality control checksPrepare user training guides and documentationPerform any other ad-hoc tasks as assignedRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or any other related disciplinesPrior background in Finance or Real Estate would be a plusProficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAdept in data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableu, QlikviewAbility to delve into complex datasets and extract meaningful insightsFamiliar with visualising trends from raw data with the ability to handle huge volume of data with ease and comfortabilityAnalytical and detail-oriented individualAble to multi-task and deliver work on time and accuratelyInnovative and adaptable mindsetClosing Statement:At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
