ResponsibilitiesAssist in drafting and preparing for investor presentations Conduct market research for fund activities i.e. investor trends and market intelligence, including keeping current on competitive and regulatory landscape and industry best practices Support the team with on-site due diligence activities Assist in coordinating with business partners and engaging stakeholders Assist in closing new product initiatives, coordinating all work required in the process of taking a product from concept to closing, working alongside stakeholders and the wider team across all product development activities Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, or any other related disciplines Keen interest in the real estate business, particularly in fund management activities for institutional investors Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately Proactive and resourceful, with an inquisitive mind A team player
