To learn and be familiar with processes in Inflight Catering Operations2. To assist in process study, time and motion studies and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements3. To assist in data collection, data review and data analysis4. To assist the team in implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)5. To assist in documenting/updating the processes and SOPs6.
