Porsche Singapore is offering a Procurement internship opportunity. The successful intern will support all rounded procurement functions, including vendor on-boarding management, tender process, procure-to-pay, reporting and process improvement.

Collaborate with functional departments and headquarters on procurement requirements and planning. Facilitate pre-procurement vendor evaluation for business partner registration. Support the procure-to-pay process, including the tender process (issuance of request for proposals/quotations, comparison, evaluation, negotiation), purchase requisitions and purchase orders. Manage the procurement system and processes in accordance with the relevant directives, policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards. Prepare routine management reports on procurement activities and assist Manager Finance in retail operating leverage performance review. Review new business partners and perform relevant checks. Conduct onboarding and annual procurement training.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, Business, or a related field Past internship experience preferred (in Supply Chain or Procurement) Fluency in written and spoken English Strong management, interpersonal and communication skills Open-minded, organised, analytical, self-motivated and proactive Good team player and willing to work in a multicultural environment
