Team Description

Our team delivers innovative solutions for the travel agency community. We enable the distribution of aviation, hospitality and land content in an efficient manner to travel agencies. Our B2B sales combines solutions selling with a commercial mindset that aims to create a win-win outcome for both parties.

The GDS distribution platform has been the most efficient interface between buyers and sellers of airline inventory for several decades. Sabre is creating a new marketplace for personalized travel. We partner with airlines, hoteliers, agencies and other travel partners to retail, distribute and fulfill travel. We are committed to helping customers operate more efficiently, drive revenue and offer personalized traveler experiences with next-generation technology solutions.

Sabre Travel Solutions is looking for a talented graduating student to join us as a Product & Technology Consulting intern.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be part of our amazing Online Tech Sales Team and provide them support as required.

Work with internal team & Sabre customers (if required) to conduct research & generate data for potential customers.

Analyzes booking data and other supporting information to drive improvements and change.

Work with OTS team to collaboratively drive organizational strategy for product adoption & increase stickiness.

Internal alignment with Sales and Account Management team / Partner market

To improve our blueprint documents and Postman starter collection for customers

Any other OTS administration tasks

What will you achieve?

Understanding of business operations that you maybe interested to pursue upon graduation

Understanding End-to-End GDS travel distribution process

To deliver outcome/ result of the project(s) you champion

You will get to learn Travel Technology space primarily from solution standpoint.

Qualification and Education Requirements:

Must Have Skills:

Under graduating student(s) majoring in Information Technology or Computer Science

Analytical skills

Passionate with travel business

Can do attitude/ mindset

Proficient in Words, PowerPoint and Excel

Familiar with REST and/or SOAP format

Nice to Have Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to multitask.

Enthusiasm for technology and learning new concepts.

Coding skills

Important Note: This is an On-site internship, wherein the intern would be expected to work from office for at least 3 days a week. Only those students currently residing in Singapore and permitted to intern in Singapore, are eligible to apply.

Internship Duration: 3 months (Starting May 2024)
