Responsibilities:
This role offers exposure to the end-to-end delivery of compliance improvements, combining project coordination, analysis, and reporting. The successful candidate will be analytical, proactive, and accountable, capable of working independently and collaborating across teams to help identify opportunities, drive change, and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Product Manager in product discovery, including drafting comprehensive product requirements documentation to effectively communicate and facilitate the delivery of product features.
• Demonstrate proficiency in understanding API documentation and crafting technical user stories.
• Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize product features, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, user experience, and implementation schedules.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, QA, and data analysts, to gather and analyze requirements for product features and enhancements.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and opportunities for innovation.
• Follow up on product build progress and status updates
• Run projects to build data driven reports / dashboards / automations / AI adoptions

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Recent graduates with completed degrees in the aforementioned disciplines will also

be considered. * Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a knack for solving puzzles and tackling complex problems efficiently.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the fintech space.
