Intern, Project Management (Digital & Advanced Technologies)
Job Purpose
Digital & Advanced Technologies manages a wide range of projects to enable SMRT to leverage on technology and digitalization. In this role, the intern will contribute to the strategic development of a front-facing SMRT commuter mobile application, to improve our commuters\xe2\x80\x99 experience and drive greater commuter engagement. The intern be exposed to the various facets of project management, and also gain hands-on technology management, business value assessment and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Craft and continuously enhance the business case and plan for the project
- Leverage both secondary data sources and primary/ proprietary information to build the digital strategy roadmap, including user journey mapping etc.
- Ensure product-market fit \xe2\x80\x93 product meets business needs from commercial perspective
- Create simple financial models to derive return-on-investment (ROI)
Qualifications & Work Experience
- Study in Business/ Economics/ Engineering is preferred
- Basic working knowledge of digital product management may be viewed favourably
Skills
- Keen in strategic planning, especially digital strategy work
- Some skillsets in business analytics, including basic methodologies and tools
