What the role is:To assist in Property Tax assessment work and branch projectsWhat you will be working on:Objectives of the internship: 1) To assist in assessment work 2) To put their valuation knowledge into practice 3) To gain practical experience in real estate valuation and tax administration You will be involved in: 1) PT Assessment Work a) Preparation of assessment data b) Site Inspection c) Analysis of Rentals d) Propose Annual Values 2) Adhoc Projects, if anyWhat we are looking for:We are looking for individuals with: a) Basic Valuation Knowledge b) Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint The intern will be required to commit to a minimum of 3 months.About Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore:Our Mission: \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as an agent of the Government and provide service in administering, assessing, collecting and enforcing payment of taxes \xe2\x80\xa2 Advise the Government and represent Singapore internationally on matters relating to taxation
