Job Description

What the role is:
Under the internship programme, you will be attached to the Homeownership Eligibility Department (HED) in HDB's Estate Administration and Property Group to support HED by reviewing communication materials and performing data analytics to enhance customer experience and promote online service usage.
What you will be working on:
You will: o Review the communication materials and modes of outreach to various stakeholders, e.g. infographics, emails to customers and industry partners, etc. Ideate and explore new avenues of communication to promote the use of our online service platform. o Identify, design, and develop customer experience improvements for HDB's customers to meet their needs. o Liaise with industry partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth running of our online service platform. o Perform data analytics, including data generating, matching, and reconciliation. Analyse trends and provide insights on online service performance and make recommendations to improve usability and increase traffic.
