Job Description

Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.

Responsibilities:

Support in Cost Saving, Service level, Payment terms and any other KPIs set in Purchasing Dept.

Support in Sourcing, RFQ, Negotiation, Procurement, Expediting and Co-ordination of Shipment to support Sales turnkey project eg Data Centre.

Assist in Evaluate Performance of vendors.

Assist in Contract Handling and Management.

Requirements:

University students with Purchasing, Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Engineering

Must be competent in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferably candidates with VBA Excel Knowledge

Must be able to work in Tukang (Jurong) office
