What will you do?

This project aims to improve the quality assurance of the manufacturing and engineering maintenance processes performed by the production and engineering teams respectively.

This project provides the opportunity for the intern to gain insight into the quality assurance process in a pharmaceutical industry setting, which is the crux of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry quality assurance philosophy. There is also added exposure of interacting with other business functions such as production, engineering, Technical Development, and an appreciation of the equipment maintenance and troubleshooting steps carried out in the manufacturing process.

To gain exposure and experience to the quality assurance function in pharmaceutical industry. Understanding of the cGMP concepts and considerations. Gives the candidate a hands-on experience in the capacity of a Quality Officer.

Walkdown in the manufacturing plant as well as the engineering workshop to gain an appreciation on equipment maintenance and plant troubleshooting.

Collate results, propose improved ways of working and present to stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

Educational background \xe2\x80\x93 Undergraduate studying in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related field who is interested in learning more about Improvement on Control of Non-Routine Manufacturing or Engineering Activity

Strong written and oral communications skills

Excellent English proficiency

A keen interest in production

Meticulous, organized, and dedicated

Apply his/her knowledge of engineering and learn soft skills in engaging different stake holders to deliver a project.
