  • Commission/qualify and decommission/retire Lab equipment according to Computer System Validation (CSV) guidelines and company standards.
  • Generate System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation such as but not limited to User Requirements Specification, Configurations Specification, Requirement Traceability Matrix, IQ/OQ Protocol and equipment Work Instructions.
  • Support change requests for LabX, Empower, electronic logbook (eLog), ELN.
  • Support IT periodic review of Lab systems and periodic requalification of Controlled Temperature Units (CTU).
  • Perform administrative duties such as prepare for project governance meeting, taking meeting minutes, scanning and performing true copy certification, and any other assignments by Manager.
Job Requirements
  • B.Sc in Science.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in operating analytical chemistry equipment such as HPLC and GC is preferred.
