Based in Singapore, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in financial markets, credit markets and business development. Successful candidates will report to the Senior Managing Director - Capital Strategies Asia (the \xe2\x80\x9cManager\xe2\x80\x9d) and have the opportunity to contribute directly to the development of the Pepper franchise.
Develop and evaluate new credit products and investment opportunities across Asia
Conduct research into regional financial markets with a specific focus on credit, lending, fintech and captive finance
Preparation of meaningful research insights and developing decision-making documents, presentations, and recommendations for the Manager
Work cross-functionally and collaboratively to ensure continued alignment with other functional teams and engage with key stakeholders
Ad-hoc analyses as needed by the Manager

Requirements:
A minimum commitment of 3 months and ability to work for at least 3 days per week
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or Engineering
Basic knowledge of financial markets
Interpersonal skills to work in a global team environment consisting of individuals with different cultures, backgrounds, and beliefs
Able to show initiative, creativity, and take responsibility for the outcome of their work
Working proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
Conversationally fluent in English
Desired, but not essential:
Knowledge of financial markets in either Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, or Thailand
