What the role is:Intern, Residential LeasingWhat you will be working on:

  • Conduct site inspections on State properties
  • Perform data analysis
  • Administrative process for tenancy and maintenance-related matters
What we are looking for:
  • Students with background in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management or similar areas preferred
  • Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Meticulous and customer focused
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Has great attention to details and can multi-task
  • Preferably able to commit from Aug to Dec 2024 for this internship
