What the role is:
Intern, Residential Leasing
What you will be working on:
- Conduct site inspections on State properties
- Perform data analysis
- Administrative process for tenancy and maintenance-related matters
- Students with background in Real Estate, Project & Facilities Management or similar areas preferred
- Good interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Meticulous and customer focused
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Has great attention to details and can multi-task
- Preferably able to commit from Jan 2026 to May 2026 or March 2026 to August 2026 for this internship.
