Job Description

As the dedicated asset management arm of Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC) Group which includes OCBC Bank and Great Eastern Assurance, LGI is one of the leading asset managers in Southeast Asia with S$69.2 billion (US$51.1 billion) in Assets Under Management as at 30 June 2024.

• Handling of internal / external audits (ISAE 3402 / MAS inspection)
• Operational Risk Management \xe2\x80\x93 Coordinate Annual Risk Control Self-Assessment (\xe2\x80\x9cRCSA\xe2\x80\x9d) review, Annual Group Attestation Exercise, ORAP monitoring, fraud and Incident Reporting
• Business Continuity Management \xe2\x80\x93 Annual BIA analysis, BCP planning, BCP exercise and Group attestation exercise coordination
• Outsourcing Risk - Annual and ad-hoc review of outsourcing service providers. Perform onboarding risk assessment on new outsourcing arrangements according to MAS / internal requirements
• Technology Risk Management (\xe2\x80\x9cTRM\xe2\x80\x9d) \xe2\x80\x93 work with internal stakeholders (i.e. Technology) to verify compliance to MAS TRM notices & guidelines. Independent monitoring of Email / Internet Content Scanning (\xe2\x80\x9cEICS\xe2\x80\x9d) alerts. Coordinate annual System Criticality Questionnaire review, End User Developed Application review
• Data Governance \xe2\x80\x93 Ensure compliance to data governance policy and PDPA requirements. Coordinate Annual Information Asset Inventory Review and manage data incidents
• Ensure timely completion of projects / ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

• Pursuing relevant Degree, preferably with a focus in accountancy or business
• Polytechnic Diploma holder or GCE A levels holder are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Proactive, result driven with strong attention to detail
• Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
• Strong work and team ethics, and a high level integrity and dedication
• Committed to continuous learning and excellence
