Responsibilities Work within product teams alongside product owner, a cross functioning team to create engaging, user-centric solutions, applications and/or services that solve the needs of the smallholder farming communities around the world. Help out the team on backlog management along with the PO. Prepare relevant reporting and updates on behalf of the team. Support the scrum master they are attached to, in improving their teams agile mindset and values adoption. Providing support to the team with a servant leadership style. Profile Strong personal/professional interest in the LSM segments (developing countries, low-income markets, etc) and agriculture in general. Interest in facilitation, training and support to resolve/mediate conflict/issues. Experience/interest in running/organising workshops and training sessions will be a plus.
