We are hiring IT Service Desk Engineer Interns to join our support team and gain real-world experience in IT operations and customer service. This role offers hands-on exposure to user support, account administration, incident management, and technical troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities

• Respond to IT service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network, and access issues.
• Assist with user account setup, password resets, and system access controls.
• Document incidents and resolutions accurately.
• Support Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) requests and system configurations.
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant technical teams as needed.

Requirements

• Strong interest in IT support and service delivery.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and user account management.
• Able to commit a 5 weekday internship attachment with a minimum commitment of 5 months. Immediate availability is welcomed.

Able to gain valuable IT support experience and develop key technical and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
