Your Key Responsibilities

Tasks:

- Develop and implement a framework that allows an autonomous robot to interact with Azure cloud services for compute-intensive tasks such as video analytics, localization, and navigation.

- Test the feasibility and performance of the framework using various metrics, such as response time, energy consumption, and latency.

- Evaluate the robustness of the framework under different environmental conditions, such as varying network conditions.

- Collaborate with the research team and software developers to ensure compatibility with the overall system architecture and integration into the robot\'s control software.

- Document the framework\'s design, implementation, and testing procedures, including any configuration instructions required for reproducibility.

Master\'s students are strongly encouraged to apply

Your Qualifications

Requirements:

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.

- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and APIs.

- Experience in cloud computing, distributed systems, or software development for autonomous robots.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.
