- Undergraduates who work in different departments of the organization to gain practical experience in the course of an academic education.
- Students undertaking Diploma or Degree in Arts & Social Science, Business Administration, Business Studies, Technology/Engineering Management specialised in Project Managment.
- Interest who have drive and passion to keep things in orderly, meticulous in identifying
- Interest in IT & Digitalisation and R&D projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Passion in gaining knowledge in project management, understand, experiencing R&D project life cycle
- Self-motivated and willing to learn and state of art management tools (eg JIRA, GIT Hub, confluence)
- Creative and good in mitigating risk on project time plan.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, and communicate well with both internal and external stakeholders with different background.
